Transportation
We've tried to make this as easy for our guests as possible. We recommend flying into LaGuardia Airport in New York. The Hotel is nearby in Queens. And, for those who can't rent a car, there is a shuttle to the Hotel from the airport. For the day of the wedding, you will need to arrange transportation.
Flying
We have worked out a 5% discount on flights to the New York City area for flights between 3/25 and 4/9. Call 1-800-433-1790 and mention the discount code: 4735BE. there is a $5 charge for tickets purchased via phone, and this discount is not available online.
By no means do you need to book through American, or this discount. You may be able to find a better deal at places like Orbitz, Priceline, Expedia, or even Travelocity.
Getting Around
For travel around NY and NJ (and between the wedding site and the hotel), you might consider renting a car, particularly if you plan on seeing the sites in NYC. We have arranged for a discount on rentals with Avis. To receive the discount, please call 800-331-1600, and reference AWD - D003737. Again, you may be able to find a better deal if you do a little leg work.
